Post by Saeedjansaeed » Wed Feb 13, 2019 5:10 pm

Asking on a friend's behalf...
Hi All
One of my friend wants to go for 5y ilr.
Just wanted to confirm
Does he need to fulllfill requirments of 18600 income now or later sometimes at the time of her dependent extension or not?
Main applicant and dependent both visa till 2020, and 5 yrs ilr eligibility in a month time..
Many thanx

No, not if dependent is extending a PBS dependent visa.

The £18,600pa is ONLY for those on 2 x 2.5 year spouse settlement visas, ie spouse of BC or ILR holder.

There is no longer a same day decision service and it was never available to tier 1 ent applying for ILR either. Postal only.

It is 28 days before the 5th anniversary of initial visa issue date for PBS route ILR applications.

Hi Cr, zimba, marc and other seniors
Another question please
After getting ilr on 5 years route, When he goes for dependent pbs extension in july 2020,
Does he still.at that time need to meet the requirments of ent t1like full time jobs etc or not,
The reason for this question is that she will still be PBS dependent?
Hope this question is clear enough
Many thnax in adv
