My wife arrived to UK on marriage visa 17/10/2007
After marriage she applied for further leave to remain which ends on 26/02/2010. Can she apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain now as she has been here over 2 years or does she have to wait to 28 days before 26/02/2010 before applying.

If she has completed her 2-year probationary period and has satisfied the KOL provisions, then she may apply for settlement now.
