Calculate 28 days. trying to confirm the earliest submission date

Hi all the application masters, need your help here, please.

Trying to apply T2 5 years route ILR.

My first Tier 2 General was issued on 22/05/2014

My calculation for the earliest "28 days" submission date should be 25/04/2019 (tomorrow)



Can anyone confirm my calculation please!

Sorry to hop onto this, but is the earliest submission date the date to submit the online form, or the date when we submit our documents/enrol biometrics if we choose to do it in person at UKVCAS?
