Can I apply for my wife FLR M along with my ILR application at the same time?

I am planning to apply for the ILR on 28 August 2019 on a super priority service.

Our (mine and wife) visa finish on 30th August 2019.

Can I make an application for her FLR M at the same time?.

[She has to mention the date of Settled status received in her application...what date she needs to write since I will not be getting a decision for sometime]

Please suggest to me.

Her FLR(M) will be held until a decision is made on your application. If your ILR fails, her FLR(M) will fail.

I have been a student all these years (Tier 4 Visa),

Came for Diploma - 2 Years- Completed
Studied 1 Year BSc Top Up- Completed
Then Studied -MSc Computing- Completed
Then Studied MSc Management- Completed
Then, Studied DBA on current Visa- about to complete the course but visa until 30 August. I preferred to apply for ILR than extend my visa to complete the course.

How long has your spouse been in the UK?

7 Months
She got her entry clearance as my Tier 4 PBS dependent

She can apply at the same time as you but must apply before her visa expires.

Do you meet the £18,600pa financial requirement for FLR(M) and does she meet the English requirement??

She works in NHS with more than £23,000 annual salary

She is planning to take UKVI IELTS SELT Test for the English Requirement from the authorised testing place of UVKI instead of A1


What date should she write in her application regarding the "Date of settled status received of mine".

What do you suggest, should I apply on the same day for the super-priority service or the next day.
