Does my stay in EU count towards PR in UK

HI there

Can any one tell me if my stay in any of the EU countries will be counted for the PR in UK.

I hold UK HSMP at the moment and had completed 4 years of stay in UK , if i stay in any of the EU for one year does this (one year stay in EU) count for UK PR ?

have you been here in the UK on an HSMP visa for all the 4 years?

if so you could qualify for Indefinite Leave to Remain right now, under the HSMP Judicial Review terms: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/worki ... review-09/
