The waiting period has no relevance to the case. You can only claim employment AFTER extension. Evidence will be after 20/3/2017 in above case and needs 104 weeks or 24 months of employment after 20/3/2017.softwareluv wrote: ↑Tue Feb 12, 2019 9:01 pmWhat if the extension visa starts 6 months after initial visa expiry?
For example: My initial visa expired on 12/09/2016 but my extension visa granted on 20/03/2017
So should we supply documents from 12/09/2016 or 20/03/2017?
Sorry for asking my question here.

Mention the current rate but you are required to mention all hourly rates. You will have to mention that in the cover letter as the form only allows to mention one rate.
No there is no IHS for ILR.
Does not matter. Scan copies of print outs are fine.sonirules wrote: ↑Fri Feb 15, 2019 12:32 pmThanks for your resposne. Please can you advise me on the follwoing:
when my employee joined in 2014 he provided attested copies of his passport and biometric (so I have printout version of this passport and biometric). If I can that printout will that be acceptable or do I need to take scanned copies of his passport and biometric and submit during online application?
I would say you have met your 24 months by today 15th Feb 2019. I think you will be okay to apply even today but why not just wait till after 12 tonight and apply on 16th for surety ?
