Short of Maintenance funds

Post by cuxtud » Sun Feb 25, 2018 10:52 am

Hello,

My Wife's visa Tier 1 General dependent is about to expire on 7th March 2018. We are applying for her ILR as I received my ILR last year April 2017. At one point for a couple of weeks my account balance was low to £250 in that 90 days period. What can I do?

Many thanks for all your help.

To be precise, my account was lower than the required amount for 4 days (17th Dec to 20th Dec)

There is no maintenance fund requirement for PBS Dependents applying for ILR.

It is ONLY applicable to PBS dependent extensions or entry clearance.
