urgent query - dependants ILR application mandatory documents

There is NO requirement to submit bank statements as proof of funds.

Your ilr process is irrelevant now. Each applicant needs to meet the ilr requirements individually and PBS dependents are under different immigration rules to tier 2 general main visa holders.

Set O ilr for dependents has no financial requirment.l so not sure what posts you are referring to that says bank statements are needed. Remember that different routes have different requirements. You only submit what the rules and guidance state you need for set o.

Hi, we are now uploading documents for dependants for ILR appliciation

Under Mandatory Documents in my spouse's upload page is a single sub section: Proof of application. The accompanying text reads:

Consent form for the Home Office to request verification checks on Dr XXXXXXX [me] for joint accounts or third party support, Declaration signed by Dr XXXXXXX [me] to confirm consent for the Home Office to request verification checks, The passport issued by [my country name] for Mr XXXXX [my spouse]

Consent part I get. I think its the 3 part family consent form we downloaded at the end of the application. Part 1 was signed by my dependant spouse, part 2 by me and I'm not sure part 3 even applies but i have signed it. However I'm not sure what this declaration is. Can you please guide me regarding this declaration.

the family have appointment on Saturday so I will greatly appreciate if someone can guide us regarding the declaration part.

The 3rd consent form is for financial/cohab evidence pertaining to a third party. If you and ur spouse are the only ones providing such info than no need to bother with 3rd.
