Spouse visa questions

Hi all
I am going India to get married. I have got indefinite leave to remain in uk. I want to do is there any premiums service in India to apply spouse visa ?

There is no 'premium' same day service from abroad.

You have the option of Priority or non priority. There is no guarantee that either option will give you a visa outcome within 60 days.

Thank you for the quick response. Can you please tell me how much it will cost if I want to do
Priority spouse visa from India? I called to UKVI they said I can find all the information on there website regarding the cost but I can’t find anything where it is mention how much it will cost if I do priority visa ?

The visa fee is £1523 plus the IHS fee of £1200. The priority fee, if eligible, is extra.

I am new to this group. My partner is in India and he got the bachelor
degree from Mumbai university. I am going to apply spouse visa for him. I want to
know do he still need to give the ielts or degree from Mumbai university
will be meet the requirement ?

He will need a NARIC ELA (Red Route).

Hi Rabita

I am an MBA marketing and applied for settlement visa as husband of British Citizen wife, still submitted IELTS with application.

It is always better to go for IELTS A1 even if your spouse has studied English throughout. It's always considered as safe option.

Rest is your choice.You will get numerous advises on this. Better to go with IELTS.

Me and my partner received an email regarding the interview . We have applied spouse visa. He is currently in India and I am in uk . Just want some help like what sort of question they will ask ?
Any help will be appreciated

Questions that a genuine couple would be expected to know about each other...birthdays, wedding date, who attended the wedding, names of family members, when and where you first met etc........ :idea:
