New online application form

Hi,

in the new online application form for Spouse visa (Appendix FM), there is a question about the English language requirement. It asks whether the applicant has passed a test at CEFR Level B1?

The answer to this question is literally NO as the requirmenet for the initial visa is level A1. But it seems that there is a mistake in the form (which is common for UKVI forms).

So, what is the best answer to this question? Any similar experience?

I cannot use the old form in my selected VAC and I have to use this one.

As i said for the chosen VAC I have to use the new form and the old form cannot be used
