No and yes.is this only applicable in the UK? Would they count our time together in Dublin?
Also, what sort of evidence do they need? We could possibly provide a tenancy agreement but she wasn't on the lease. We would only have her 12 month work visa for Dublin. Though we can prove we've lived together in the UK.
You may have dismissed the comment as 'useless', but CR001 was flagging up the potential loss your visa fee if your partner was working more than 20 hours during periods of study.adamnsight wrote: ↑Sat Nov 24, 2018 1:01 pmSuch an ominous response.
She does.
However, when the school season is out, you are legally allowed to work more than 20 hours per week. Thanks for that useless comment though.
@seagul, I believe the OP was 'splitting hairs' between the value of 'has she been working' and 'I hope she hasn't been working'.
I hope so but not all students even get 20 hours of entitlement rather 10 hours. And also not all study programs for international students grant plenty of off days in which of course they can work fulltime.
