It should not be a problem to use both statements.ramgouda17 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 28, 2020 9:23 amThank you for your response. Much appreciated.

- In regards to the funds maintenance, can I show the funding from two sources. I have two bank accounts from two different banks in UK and the combined total from these bank statements will always be greater than £630 in the past 90 days.
Assuming, I meet the funding requirements now, can I go ahead and apply or will it be too early as her current visa is not expiring until 7th Dec 2020?

1. I think on selecting British citizen the calculations of IHS will come correctly in comparison to ILR where 3 years has to be chosen.ramgouda17 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 03, 2020 7:51 pm1. Visa Expiry Date - Should this be 3 years from date of application?
2. Passport Number - Should this be my British Passport number or my Indian passport number (which is now surrendered

I have a follow-up question please.
I am now completing the online form for my wife's extension as Tier 1 Dependent and now at the Immigration Health Surcharge site. Couple of questions on the form please.
I am holder of a British Passport. What should be my answers to the following two questions.
- Visa Expiry Date - Should this be 3 years from date of application?
Yes, being the valid one you have this will be your British Passport number.
- Passport Number - Should this be my British Passport number or my Indian passport number (which is now surrendered)
Greatly appreciate your help
RG
if you have filled the form correctly and if it still asks the date of expiry then I guess giving expiry of three years might be appropriate. Usually it never happens in case of flrm form where if the person is British citizen. Maybe croo1 correct me if my guess is incorrect.ramgouda17 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 03, 2020 9:34 pmHi
Thank you for your responses.
Even though I have stated I am British Citizen, the visa expiry date field is a mandatory field. It's not allowing me to leave blank. I entered it as 03/08/2023.
Under the 'The person you're joining or remaining with' section, I am filling my details.
Here 'Nationality' field is read only and is pre populated with 'British Citizen'.
Visa route- drop down. I chose Tier 1
Visa Type - drop down. I chose Tier 1- General
Passport number or travel document - I am providing my British Passport number here.
Can you please advise if this is correct?
Thanks
RG
Your answers are fine and the date for IHS should be 3 years (day 8/2023) from the date you submit to get the correct IHS fee.ramgouda17 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 03, 2020 9:58 pmHi
I am applying for my wife's visa under PBS tier1 general dependent not FLRM form.
Really important that you find any letters or bills covering the whole 2 year period. This is mandatory. Anything can be used, council tax, any utility bills, tv licence, HMRC letter, NHS letters etc. Either in joint names or addressed to each of you individually. UKVI want to see evidence for 2 years with both your names.I have uploaded utility statement covering the period Apr to June 2020, which has both our names on it. I only receive statements covering 3 months period. To be safe side, I will upload three more statements covering the 9 months period prior to April 2020.
