PBS(Tier2) Dependent to ILR - Required documents

I am in the process of preparing application for my wife's ILR. I have got my ILR/BC via Tier 2 General.

Her visa details:
Visa Type - Tier 2 (ICT) PBS Dependent
First Entry- 26-06-2015
First Extension in Nov-2017 as Tier 2(General) PBS Dependent - valid till Dec 2020.
Completing qualifying period ie 5 years on 26th June 2020.

Life in UK Test- Passed in Feb 2020.
English Language - got 2 NARIC certificates( For Masters Degree and English Language)

Kindly let us know the required documents to be attached as part of online application (I believe its Form SET(O)) and when we can apply ?.

It is from the visa issue date (5 years minus 28 days), so you can apply now. The online system tells you what to send

I have seen below lines in guidance regarding public funds. I am working as Director(IT Contractor) with my Limited company (PSC) which is claiming Job Retention scheme. Does it impact on financial aspect for my wife ILR ?

"When you apply for settlement, you and your partner must:
• be living together in your own accommodation
• not be using public funds."

Note: She is working as employee(full time) in Bank.

As per given link, My furloughed(job retention scheme) situation will not impact on my PBS dependent ILR application as per the given link.

I am planning to apply for my wife ILR(PBS Dependent) as she is eligible now but her visa is un-till end of this year.so waiting for priority services to be open.

Mean time, I have prepared list of documents(scanned) to be uploaded to UKVSAC website.

PBS Dependent ILR applicant Mandatory docs section:

1) Indian Passports copy of wife(All pages)
2) NARIC certificates( Degree and Masters) for comparison and english proficiency dated 2017
3) Degree and Master degree certificate( from indian University)
4) BRP Card
5) husband(me) is now British(Tier2-G->ILR->BC) so British Passport( Bio page ? or all pages ? obtained in 2018)

For Cohabitation Proof:

Joint Names -
1) Council Tax( March 2019-20, March 2020-21) 2 years - Joint Names
2) Water Bill - Dec 2018,Dec 2019, Jan 2020 - 2 year - Joint Names
3) Electricity Bill -14th Aug 2018 till 27th June 2019(British Gas), waiting for new statement from this month as requested with new provider- Joint Names
4) Electoral Names Letter from Council date 21/01/2010
5) Bank Statement from June 2018 till date (3 month frequency) - joint Name( less transactions with less balances)
6) Tenancy Agreement since August 2018 - August 2021 (3 years) - Joint Names

Individual Statements addressed to current address:

7) Husband Current Account online downloaded Statements(No Paper statement)- June 2018 - till date
Wife( PBS Dependent) Current Account online downloaded Statements(No Paper statement)- June 2018 - till date
9) Wife Aviva Group Pension Plan Letters ( with Nominee details of mine) - June 2018 -till date ( 4 letters total frequency of 6 months).
10)Husband and wife's HMRC 3 letters since 2 years
11) TV License Letters addressed to Husband ( 2 letters since 2018)
12) NHS Letters addressed to Wife since June 2018 - June 2020 (4 letters)
13) Should we attach wife P60's addressed to current address ? Employment Letter from wife office as she is working at the moment?.

I believe, No pay slips or employment letter from husband is required for PBS ILR. Kindly advice.

It would be helpfull if any one advice if any thing is missing or can be added.

PBS dependants have no income requirement so no payslips, etc

I have submitted my ILR application on 30th June (via 5 years Tier 2 general). The online system ask me a document as "evidence of my immigration status". I thought is it the BRP, but the system askes me also "recent BRP".

so my question is, what document I need to show for "evidence of my immigration status"?

I have one question again,

should we contact home office in case we fill one of the question in the ILR application that is incomplete?

there is one question "Do you have previously lived in a country outside UK including your home country"?

I said yes, but only mention the country that is not UK and my country of birth (and nationality). I just realised that we should also include my country of birth.

for this situation, should I contact the home office and explain to them? is there any email for contacting home office?

I have finally filled the application form for my wife(Set O). yet to submit.

Regarding Consent checks and signs.

1) Is the account with a bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation held jointly by you and other people? - Answered Yes - since we will be providing joint bank and utility bills - does this answer holds correct ?

2)Does the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation relate to another person who is to provide you financial support?- Answered No - since she is working and financially not dependent.We will attach few payslips to show that she wont depend on public funds after ILR. I am(husband ) paying all the utility bills.does this answer holds correct ?

Also I hope,
1) part1 will be signed by my wife and
2) part 2 will be by me( sponsor)
3) part 3 will be ignored in our case ?

Don't plainly leave it blank rather reply as "N/A"

we have provided below References about main applicant(husband-sponsor)

1) VAF Number(6 digit) - from initial sticker stamped in 2010 on indian passport(Tier 2-ICT)
2) Passport Number( British Passport)
3) NI Number
4) Home office Ref number - Provided from letter when applied for British citizen(Case Id)
5) BRP Number - provided from my last held ILR
6) Cos Sponsor License Number - provided from last held Cos(Tier2-G)

Kindly advice if any of the above is not correct reference to be provided.

Checklist of my wife application has below checkboxes.Does these two refers to same declaration under part 2 section ? if so, why there are two checkboxes enabled ? bit confused now since I have signed part2 and part1 by my wife. part3 left as 'N/A'.

1) first checkbox is for Applicant declaration(via Part1 signature) and
2) second checkbox is for Mr.XXX declaration( via Part2 signature).
