If a visa was issued by the JECU London, will the BIA have this information ?

Is JECU Lodon the same as UKvisas ?

I used to work for the National Asylum Support Service, part of Immigration and Nationality Directorate, and had full access to the Central Immigration Database - so I'd be sure that BIA will have access to the same information too.
