ILR Acknowledgement Letter

hi, Does anyone know the recent timelines to receive acknowledge letter from Home Office please. I have submitted postal ILR application on the 11th Feb 2016, HO received it on 12th Feb, Fees debited on the 16th Feb. but still don't have the acknowledgement letter.

If they send one, it can take a few weeks. It is only 2 weeks since you applied. Be patient.

HI ,

I have seen someone saying that they are not sending acknowledgment letter anymore when they spoke to HO .
Instead they are sending Bio-metric letters directly.

I send my application on 31 December 2015 and received my acknowledgement letter together with the biometrics letter within 2 weeks

I reapplied an 19th of feb .received 22nd of feb and money out from bank 27th of feb. Still no Aknowledgment letter. Phoned Home office and they informed me that we no longer issue acknowledment letter instead send Biomatric...

Everyone :)
I got the same problem don't know what to do,I submitted my application 31/06/2016 by royal mail as my visa expired on 02/07/2016 the received on 04/07/2016 and take application fee on 05/07/2016.But till today i don't received any acknowledgement letter, my lawyer send them a letter but they didn't reply,what could be the reason.
