PMs stuck in outbook

Hi,

As I understood, one can send Personal Message (PM) only after one posts at least 30 posts. I had send some messages before I hit 30 posts but they are still stuck in the outbox even thought I have done 30+ posts now. can anyone please help me with this? Thanks.

PMs will remain in the Outbox until the person you have sent it to reads it, then it will go to the Sent folder.

This is obviously if the user you have PM'd has the PM facility.
