Hi

My misses was two time on maternity leave both time for 10 months in five years and she was self emplyed.after each maternity leave she resumed self emplyment work. We were refused PR becouse maternity leave gaps and less income. we appeal nd won the appeal now waiting for the final outcome from HO. Once I will have good news then will share with you.
In my appeal judge says any eea worker/selfemployed can take upto 12 month leave without effecting the right to reside status if she willing to comeback to work after leave.

you can search for my post will give you complete idea of my case

thanks
akz
