Claim Childcare Tax credits + Working Tax

Hi,

I am wondering if I am allowed to claim childcare tax credit and working tax credit. My daughter was born here last year and we went back home for summer and she hasn't came back to UK since then. She is now in UK just for short period (about 3 months) with my husband and I am planning to send her to nursery while she is here. Now that I am working and on Tier 5 (Government Authorised Exchange) visa, am I allowed to claim childcare tax credit+working tax credit?

No, your visa likely very clearly states 'No Recourse to Public Funds'.
