Still reporting weekly since April 1st.

On the advice of a barrister friend of mine, I wrote 2 letters - one to my case worker and another to Beckett house stating that i have been reporting weekly since I received the letter. Barrister said that I can ask for the reporting to be reduced to fortnightly or monthly as I have not missed a single appointment etc

It has been 6 weeks since I sent out that letter, and there has been no response from Caseworker at the home office or Beckett House.

Monthly is still reasonable.
Weekly reporting when your application is valid is excessive.
Hope you hear from them soon.

Agreed, that is what my barrister and my solicitor both said.

I hope I get some positive news - thanks for the words of encouragement.

Went to my last ever reporting appointment today.

I went there armed with my BRP and approval letter from the home office. They acknowledged it straight away and said that their systems were updated. They told me that they have closed my reporting file and thanked me for showing up despite the fact that my BRP had come through, they said most people just wouldn't turn up once they were approved. I said I wanted to be sure that everything was fine and handled properly as I dislike loose ends.

They sad congratulation and hope we never see you here again lol :D
