Dependant of a settlement person - Second time refusal

Hi,

My husband stared company on 1 st Feb 2016 and company started trading from May 2016 and till today he is working at same company as a contractor.

First time settlement sponuse priority application applied on sep12 th 2016 ( we married on August 2016)

Visa got refused on 2 point

1. Language requirement — met
2. Financial requirement not met ( PAYE, SA300 / 302 ) missing
3. Relationship requirement has met


Second time collected all missing documents from HMRC and applied second time visa refused

1. Language requirement met
2. Financial requirement not met
3. Relationship requirement not met

And also this time I didn’t met relationship requirement ..

It’s really frustrated to bring dependents of a settled person especially for contractors .

I really don’t know where I do mistake I hired twice two different solicitors nothing working apart from wasting tooo much money ...


Any basic help would be much appreciated ..
