Skilled worker

Hi, I would like some advice on my visa situation if possible. I am an Australian on a Tier 5 youth mobility visa expiring October 2018. I have met an English citizen and we have been dating for almost one year and living together for 7 months. We aren’t planning on becoming engaged or married just for visa purposes. Is there any options I have? I am working as a Medical Sonographer through an agency, currently employed at an NHS hospital. I would prefer not to do the sponsorship visa because it will mean I will have to find a sponsor (I’m thinking this will be difficult due to the current debt of the NHS) and also then choose one hospital to work for (I like my ability to move around). Thanks in advance for your advice/comments.

You won't qualify for an Unmarried Partner visa based on your British partner if you have not been living together 'in a relationship akin to marriage' for a minimum of 2 years (the same does not apply to married couples). There is no discretion on this mandatory 2 year living together for an Unmarried Partner Visa.

Other than Tier 2 sponsored visa or Student Visa or Ancestry visa if you have a UK born grandparent, there doesn't appear to be any other route you would qualify for.
