Himaloy, did the HO has asked for this further documents? If they have done so, most likely you will hear a positive response from them soon.

Himaloy2 ,From my experience when home office ask for more document, the whole issues lies on you. I will suggest you give them all evidence necessary to convince them. Pictures, council tax, bills, phone bills,if you have a child take many pictures in your house ,outside your house do selfie with the child. Any bills ,documents posted especially council tax, utility bill, nhs document,tv licence, water bill and if you have bank statement or credit card. They just want proof,I mean proof that are significant to your presence in the house

My first application was as dependant my husband was applicant in May 2012 which got rejected in Sep 2013 with right to appeal from inside uk , Dec 2013 appeal happened in first tier tribunal got rejected in March 2014 because of one mistake in rejection we got chance to take it to upper tribunal in June 2014 which got rejected as well in October 2014
We made fresh application in Dec 2014 which got in 2015 again with right to appeal from inside uk .we appealed, then got appeal in October 2016 , judge made decision in our favour in Dec2016 but again Home office refused to agree with court in Feb 2017
By this time my son became British in June 2016 and because of domestic violence I reported my husband to police and separated from him in Jan 2017
Social services got involved with my son and then finally I applied for divorce in August 2017 and then made a fresh application to home office as a parent of British child as I have all the responsibility of my son ,my husband never filed custody case and neither pay me any maintenance, I don’t get any benefits

Application as a parent of British child
Application sent : Sep 2017
Acknowledgment received : nov 2017
Biometrics given : nov 2017
Asked for further evidence :end of jan 2017 ( never heard from home office after that)
Decision: still waiting

I don’t know what to do as iam relying totally on help with friends ( it’s not easy to depend on someone else all the time ) 😣

Home office just asked me for more evidence dated 26th of February

Funny thing is I only received the letter today and I have 4 days left to produce all the document which I require at least a week

I really don’t know how to go about with all these
