Latest time to apply for extention spouse visa

My spouse visa expire date is on 1st july 2018 .can i send the application form 10 days before expire date ?

Which category of spouse visa do you hold (there is more than one) as you have posted in the Tier 1 General Dependent visas sub forum??

You can apply at any time within 28 days before your visa expires.

What date did you enter the UK on your spouse visa?

I entered on 2nd nov 2015 and it issued on 1/9/2015. So there won't be any problem if I send application 10 days before expire date? Because I'm going to holiday next week and I'll come back 21st may.

No problem at all as long as you apply before your visa expires.
