I was shocked when I learned about this fact from my friend's solicitor! The department does not have "resources" to employ more people to handle the increasing demand in applications!

ONLY two employees receiving hundreds of applications each week! God knows how much they have in total!!

Can't believe how lame the process is in 2018!!! Anyone has more info related to this? Thanks
