Hi, can I apply for retention if wife leave the state after 2.5 years of marriage and what are the chances to get next visa.if retention application doesn't approve, can I go review and how long it takes to get review answer.

Simple Answer you can't. below are some basic rules for retention.

1. Mrrg should lasted at least 3 year, including 1 year in State.
2. You should be divorced, separation will not be accepted.
3. At the time of divorce she should be in state, and exercising her EU treaty Rights.
