Premium service appointment website issues

Hi

I am trying to reschedule my appointment from 05 sep 2018 to earlier . I am getting error after clicking submit button. Do you think this is due to system down or anyone experiencing the same error.

Many people are experiencing errors trying to book appointments. There does seem to be a problem with the website.

You do risk losing the appointment you already have and not getting one sooner, so be careful.
