Tier 2 ICT to Tier 4 Dependent

Hi Experts,

I am applying for Tier 4 Dependent Visa within UK.

I created an application and paid the IHS. Later realised a mistake and I had to create a new application and paid the IHS again.

Could you please help me with the procedure and contact details for getting the IHS refund for the first application?

I have my Tier 4 (General) visa now. I have collected my BRP as well.

1. To apply Tier 4 Dependent Visa for my spouse and 2 kids within UK, do i have to submit any documents from the University?

2. Should I have to complete my University registration/enrolment before I apply for my spouse's visa?

3. Does the CAS needs to state if it can be used to apply dependants?

No.
