Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 Dependant

Hi,

My wife and I are currently working in the UK on Tier 2 visas. I am on a Tier 2 General visa whereas she is on a Tier 2 ICT long term (1 year) visa. We were looking to change her visa to Tier 2 PBS dependent in the coming few months - Our question is - Does she require to go through the 12 month cooling off or can she apply from within UK without needing it? Any assistance on this would be much appreciated.

Yes. She will have to inform her employer once she has her dependent visa.
