on 19/09/2018 received an e-mail saying that they have not received supporting documents. Same day, Sent paid e-mail with Royal mail delivery tracking no and informed that supporting documents were sent over. on 20/09/2018 sent signed for post with cover letter and photocopies of royal Mail receipts as well as the delivery confirmation screen shot. Don't know what they are doing and why unnecessary stress being given. still worried to know what's going on?
