Tier 2 stages

I have interviewed with a potential sponsor for tier 2 general.

I am currently on a Tier 2 dependent and my spouse has been asked to come back to home country and therefore i need to go back as well.

Do i need to remain in the country for any other process,or my employer an do those without me example RLMT etc
