Whether it will have impact on ILR or not depends on refusal statement.
ILR or citizenship application has different merits than other visas.
I am not saying it will certainly have impact.
I superficially know one person who got student visa refused due to deception as college he showed was fake but later on he got student visa and also PSW. But his ILR application had been refused as he had deception on his record. He is still going through appeals since last 2 years.

can we parkin in sopra steria birmingham centre

T3, Trinity Park, Bickenhill Ln, Birmingham B37 7ES ( trinity park parking allow UKVI biometrice appointees ) to allow car in their parking or do we have to park in some other parking ?

This is really not an immigration related issue.

is it like this ?

first i fill set o online form

after signing declaration and consent i pay

then it will take me to create account on sopra steria and book appointment
do i have to upload doccuments here or while at the time of payment with set o form ?

where do it ask for same day service or other service ?

documents will be uploaded after the payments when you will be asked to make a sopra account. You can then book your appointment and will be able to upload documents. You can upload documents anytime before the date of your appointment

where do it ask for same day service or other service ? you get the service options just before the payment section. Choose the new service and then it will give you options standard and super priority option

when i was granted tier 2 visa i was not in UK , i was in my home country
what do i need to present to fulfill this requirement ?

there are also 2 other requirements written in SET O form :

Evidence of Mr AAAAAAAAA immigration status in the UK

Current Biometric Residence Permit

when they are taking my BRP then what else is this immigration status in UK ?

in 2014 at time of Tier 2 General Application NARIC refused equivalency but i provided Letter from my college that my Degree Medium of Instruction was ENGLISH and i also did IELTS and i got visa in 2014.

in 2017 at time of extension i did not provide any thing to prove ENGLISH language skills and i got extension.

now in ILR SET O

if i say YES to Degree Taught in English ...... i can not provide NARIC equivalency

can i say NO to Degree Taught in English ( while in 2014 i provided my college letter that Degree taught was in english) ......... will it be contradictory information ?

IELTS did in 2013 ...... that was with oroginal Application in 2014.

i also recently did Trinity College B1 EXAM on 12-jan-2019.

what should i do now ?

All you need is UK degree OR equivalent of Level B1 test. If you have taken it already what is the problem then?
It just asks you how you want to fulfill your requirement. You can just tick and use your Level B1 and say no to degree.

If you have passed an approved English language test, then use that. You cann't use Degree proof as UK NARIC has refused it's equivalence in your case.

Make sure you the one you took is the Level B1 SELT approved test from trinity.
