Set(M)- when to submit

Hi,

I am applying for ilr for spouse of British citizen this month.
Date Entered uk 2nd march 2014
Visa extended on 15august 2016
Visa expires 15 February 2019

Should I submit my application for my ilr the 04th of February?
Please help

1. Please don't tag onto other members topics. Post split to its own thread.

2. You can apply no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the date you entered the UK.

Hi CR001,

You mentioned that I can apply not sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the date I entered to UK.

So should I apply starting from the 4th of February knowing that I first time entered the UK was the 2nd of March 2014.
I am sorry to come again with the same question, I am extremely worried to make a £3000 mistake.

i believe you can apply from 5th February 2019.
