What is your girlfriends nationality? Is she British, Irish or...?

How long have you been in a relationship and living with your girlfriend?

Does she work?

If your gf is from NI she is dual national
If you were married for three years you could have applied for Irish nationality.
U will either have to go through UK system where u prove income etc
Or strip her British nationality to go for eea route but due to brexit it might not be a smart idea.
Best to find a lawyer

I can only advice speak to your local immigration lawyer.
The more you read here the more confused you will get.
Or you can go to sinn Fein office ask them to guide you in right direction.
