Hi guys i am new on this form HO refused my FLR FP bcoz of toice test I had hearing last week no body ask me any questions judge said she will make decision in 2 weeks

Hi MIssy7865 my hearing was Birmingham my solicitor said decision will come on my favour I was in court room ten minute my lawyer only spoke with judge and HO Lawyer not ask any thing to me and judge he said he nothing to argu even they not invite my partner in court room every thing done in 10 minute

The court is tired of this toiec nonsense dont worry at all I know shira has won his case just wait for the result and you messy you will win inshallah all you have to do is to stay strong and believe on almighty Allah that he will solve your problem and every one else problem. but make sure if your lawyer is a good lawyer he/she wont leave a gap for the home office representative to ask you question he will add every thing in to your witness statement.

Its all about your lawyer if he is a good lawyer all the process will take up to two months including your legal cost from the home office.

you will get normally its two to 3 week but you will get inshallah with a positive response from the judge.

Dear Ali nobody ask me any questions not HO not judge I was just listening my solicitor he was talking to judge about family private life even they not invited my partner in court room she was waiting outside they only take 10 minutes HO Solicitor even not look at me after judge said I will make decision in 2 weeks after my hearing finish I was talk with my solicitor I asked him any chance he side all done u will got decision in your favour I hope

Dear Janaghan yes my case is article 8 I have 2 British kids I am live in uk since 2010 with my partner nearly 4 years we are together
