RLMT

My employer is going to apply for Restricted Cos.

To satisfy RLMT they posted the ad on ‘find a job’ service on gov.uk and monster online.

Would this be OK for RLMT please?

What is the job and SOC?

Your previous topic states you are looking at a SOC that requires you to be qualified, which you don't appear to be. Is this still some job organised by your uncle?

Hi CR001,

the soc is 2421.

The employer spoke to UKBA and they confirmed as long as the candidate is qualified to do job it is fine.

Going back to my question, do you think job advertisements done in the two websites meets the basic requirement of RLMT?

This company is a large public Company, listed on London Stock Market, their turnover is more than 800 million. 3 managers separately skype interviewed me too. So everything is 100% genuine except I have a feelings the HR lady who is dealing with my case is not fully aware of the Tier 2 rules hence I just wanted to check... if the job was advertised in monster online and 'find a job' on gov.uk - would this be OK or is there any gap in terms of where the job was advertised?

I would appreciate if some one can comment on this.
