Long Residence ILR - Do we need to provide Justification for absence outside UK

Hi,

I came to UK in 2012 in Short Term and stayed for 1 Year. Later, moved to Long term (2013) and stayed for 5 Year until Sep 2018.

My spouse got Tier 2 General and I got moved to Tier 2 Dependent. During ICT to Tier 2 dependent transition, I had to go back to India and serve the company notice and was out of UK for 3 Month.

Just wanted to know, will this absence (3 Month) have an issue on my ILR applying via Long Residency in 2022? Do we need to provide justification for absence?

Short Term - August 2012 to July 2013
Long Term - Sep 2013 to Aug 2018
Tier 2 Dependent - from Nov 2018
