SET (LR) or FLR M

Hi
My husband got ILR on 10 years residency basis.

I have have spent 12 years in uk. for the 18 months i have not working. so no income source for me.

my husband is earning source.

Shall i apply for SET LR or FLR M.

we have a child 8 years, what would we be applying in his case.

Please advice.

It would be helpful to post your full immigration history...date of the first visa issue date, date of entry and each category of visa you have held during your 12 years of residence in the UK. :idea:

Where was your child born?
(Casa, not CR001)

June 2006 till Feb 2008 student visa
March 2008 till Feb 2010 post study
Mar 2010 till April 2015 HSMP Tier 1
May 2015 till Nov 2019 tier 2 dependent.

It is your choice if you wish to apply on SET(LR) if you meet all the requirements. There is NO income requirement for SET LR.

when i am filling SET (LR) application, employment details are asked. what to do ?

Question 2)
To meet the requirements for SET (LR) :
1) i have passed life in the uk.
2) i have UK Masters Degree , for english language.
3) i have spent 12 years lawfully.

will the above 3 should be fine or do i need any more ?

Hi Members !
while i am filling the online SET(LR) application.

i have come across a question which says ' are you employed or self employed'

for the past 18 months i am unemployed.

and there is no option to skip that question .

how to go ahead with the application.

please advice

Please note that we cannot see the online forms and if you don't post the question and options, we have no idea.

Is it a yes/no tick box or something you have to type in???

Under the Employment
it says : are you employed or self - employed ?

it doesn't have option of ' yes or no ' or drop down box.
