UK NARIC - Delivery from London to India - Parcel stuck in Delhi Post Office

Hi,

I had applied for UK NARIC Visas and Nationality statement for Tier 2 general visa and had chosen International Tracked and Signed service. The document has been dispatched on 8th of July but hasn't reached yet. The more worrying aspect is that it has moved through London and reached Delhi foreign post office on 11th July and has just been sitting there since. There is no way to contact the delhi post office and hence I am confused on what is going on. Has any of you faced similar issue? Any leads would be appreciated!

Other than waiting further or try to contacting them there is no other solution.
