Regarding my tier 2 general visa application

Anyone here please help me.I have applied for tier 2 general visa and completed my biometrics on 31st july 2019.Yet i didnt received any updates.I have enquired UKVI through email and phone and i got the reply that my application decision had already been taken on august 16 2019.But till now i didnt received any notification regarding the despatch of my document.I have already escalated my application on 27 august.please anyoune could help me or assist me regarding this.

Thanking you for your reply.I am from India.I contacted them through the contact details given in the official website of ukvi by paying .Please could you assist what i could why its delay still my visa decision is already taken on 16 august 2019

I also have the same problem. I did my biometrics on 31 july. I contacted ukvi through phone and email. They replied decision on my application has already made. Again I contacted ukvi and escalated my problem. However I didn't get any updates.

I am also facing the same problem. I have applied for tier 2 general visa on 31st July 2019 from kerala. No updates yet regarding the return of passport. I contacted uk home office and they told decision has already been made on my application. But I didn't receive any updates yet.

I know 4 more persons who did their biometrics on 31 . And we didn't get any updates. Where did you do your biometrics

I too did my biometrics on July 31st at Cochin vfs. Not received visa yet. Called ukvi and they mailed us saying that there is some error in chennai high commission.

But we have access to contact home office only. They already took the decision. Then what else we can do? No idea. July 31st applicants are facing the trouble

Yes,only 31st july applicants.Now i am on the way to cochin vfs..will try to convince them about this.I also filled a complanit on ukvi about this.please You all should also do this.

I visited vfs Cochin 3 weeks ago.but security didn’t allow me inside.
