Redundancy for 2 months

Post by Abzy88 » Thu Sep 12, 2019 1:54 pm

Hello, I'm new here and had a query for ILR. My husband will be applying for ILR before 5th October. He was made redundant at the end of March 2019 until end of June 2019, when he found a new kob. In his previous role, he was earning over £21k and his new role is £18,800 per annum. Will this cause any problems as he won't have 6 concurrent payslips to provide as evidence?
If this will cause a problem then my earnings are above the threshold, should we use my pay slips as evidence instead?

I would really appreciate the help :)

Presumably you are applying as spouse on form SET(M)??

If your income meets the requirement, then use only your salary.

Thank you for your response. Yes, it is Set M.

That is really helpful, thank you!
