Hi All
I am planning to apply for British citizenship on 5th October. Could I fill in my application online first and wait until 5/10 for submitting?
Also in what stage I will need to print out referee form for signing i.e before submitting or after submitting
?
Thanks for all your help!

No, you need to wait till 5th October to apply online. It was different for ILR.
And then you will need information of refrees while applying online and the can sign after you submit online. The referee forms are to be scanned and uploaded on Sopra Steria portal before end of the day you go to attend appointment.

There is no reason the OP cannot complete the forum now but not submit it till the 5th October.

The guidance also says that EU citizens and EEA family members need to submit extra documents, ie P60s, council tax etc. But not bank statements and utility bills.
Hi CR001
Does it apply on the basis of permanent residence card holder? I am confused what exact documents I have to upload...
Also, do I need to upload all my passport pages (included blank pages)?
Thanks for your help

It applies to ALL EU citizens and their family on the EEA route.

Hi
I am moving house soon. I wonder whether I can use my new address on my passport application? Does HM Passport office verify my address?
Thank you!

It is irrelevant. Simply complete the form with your current and correct information.
