Tier1 Exceptional Talent to ILR Financial requirements

Hi Folks

I am on Tier 1 exceptional talent and preparing my application for ILR. I am director of my own company but struggling to understand the rules for financial requirement to show for the application. I could only find £18,600 as the financial requirement for application and additional £22,400 together with partner and child. I am right in understanding that is the only minimum financial requirement for ILR route and is not visa type dependent.
This is important for me as I take a minimum salary from the company and the rest is dividends, but I have a lot of expenses too so the dividend is just short of 20K, even then the 20k + the £8K of min salary that one draws is well over the @22,400 required for partner + child.

Any relevant information of links to Financial requirement for ILR application will bed highly appreciated.

Why are you looking at form SET M which is for a spouse visa under Appendix FM and NOT the Points based routes??

You need form SET(O) for ILR.

I have failed to find any reference to financial requirement for Tier 1 exceptional talent. The SET(o) manual form send you to the link for Paragraph 245CD of chapter 6A but the latest update on the rules says the paragraph is deleted. I am confused and can't seem to find any information on financial requirement or the threshold requirement thereof.
Can you or someone please shed some light, this is the only thing holding me from making an application for ILR..many thanks
