Advice Needed According To Check List

Dear Respected Members and Expert
I would like to get your advice, I had marriage my wife last year 2018. Now we are decided to settle here. I am about to upload the document as follows.
Advice needed are
(1) Once I upload here, does my wife still needed hard copy of these documents.
(2) TB test certificated will expires on 25-Dec-2019, does her certificate still valid until application date or does she need a new one for travel date Dec 30? Does she need a new one
Here are check lists :
[01]British Passport Copy of Sponsor, MR ABCD GVWXYZ ( Passport No: 123456789)
[02] Original Certificate of British Naturalisation (Certificate No: 123456)
[03] Employment Confirmation letter from Employer (Dated 03-Oct-2019) (Stated: Employed since 2004 November,Full time and Permanent Contract with current annual salary £36498.00 )
[04] Payslips (2019 September to 2018 January) (Accessible Pay: £19010.00 for 6 months Tax year 2020)P60 (Tax Year End 2019)
[05] P60 (Tax Year End 2019)
[06] Pay and Tax Statement from Employer (Tax Year End 2019)
[07] Bank Account (All Transaction) (09 October 2019 to 25 August 2018)
[08] Bank Statement ( Employment Income Only for 12 months) from the Local Branch.
[09] Tenancy Agreement
[10]Home Inspection Report (Dated 2019 September 26) (3 Name mentioned in report: My Friend, Me and My Wife)
[11] Council Tax Certificate: (October 2019)
[12] Consent letter from landlord (2019 October 07)
[13] Consent letter from co-tenant, (He been friends with me for 25 years and so happy for bringing my wife blah…. blah….)
[14] Applicant’s Passport Copy,
[15] Divorce Decree in Original and Notarized English Translated Decree
[16] Original Marriage Certificate in Original & Notarized English Translated Certificate
[17] English Language Test Certificate ( Passed 29 Sep 2018)
[18] Tuberculosis Certificate (Expired in 25 Dec 2019)
[19] Dated Photos Printout of Marriages Registration and Wedding
[20] Chat history of our relationship

If TB test certificate is valid at the time/date of application submission, she does not need to get a new one.

Don't attach naturalization certificate and p60 and unnecessary bank statements other than the ones which doesn't show your wages. Also don't attach more than 6 months of payslips & bank statements and try to align the dates of bank statements with payslips for keeping them more easily understandable. Also attach estate agent noc letter.

Maybe not because after biometrics appointment the VFS/UKVCAS electronically sends out the whole documents.
