Tier 1 Ent Dependent Extension

Hi All.

I got my ILR last month through Tier 1 Ent 5 years Route. I am applying for Naturalisation of my kid as he was born here. Actually I want to ask how much I need bank statement for my wife Extension, her (Tier 1 Ent dependent) Extension is due in December, is it just £630 for her or I have to show bank statement for all my 2Dependents..?
And can I apply her Extension just for 1 year..? As she will be eligible for ILR in July 2020. Basically she just need 7 months to complete 5 years.

Maintenance funds of £630 for 90 days only for the dependent applying for an extension.

A PBS dependent extension will be for 3 years, as stated in the immigration rules. You can't choose a lesser time.

That means I just need bank statement for my wife only, not for kids.
Well for 3 years Extension I have to pay £1200 for IHS. Which is non refundable
Is there any way I can get refund..??

IHS is not refunded when you apply for ilr.

1) For Maintenance, Can I show my bankstatement and plus my wife bankstatement (two bankstatments from 2 different banks) for 90 days. Half money in wife account and half in my account..?

2) Is it acceptable if I submit online application today and 90 days for maintenance is completing next week. And I will upload it next week, before attending Biometrics at Sopra Setria.??

1) Yes
2) The rules say you should have maintained it for 90 days as of the day of application = day of online submission. Difficult to say if they will accept a week's delay (I personally think they will)

Hi All.

I want to apply for Tier-1 Entrepreneur Dependent Extension for my wife. Her visa is expiring on 13th January 2020. So Do I have to wait for 28 days before visa expire or Can I apply today or Tomorrow.?
I've heard I can apply anytime, dont need to wait 28 days before current visa expire.

Sorry 4 one more stupid question. Just to clear my mind. Is there any speccial requirement u r saying or its just a general requiremt u r talking about.
As far I know there are few basic requirements for Dependent Extension like 90 days Maintenance and Cohabitaion etc..
