Family Visitor Visa for Mother- Please suggest

My Brother is a UK citizen and I am on a Tier 2 PBS dependent visa in the UK. We want to apply for a family visitor visa for our mother staying in India for 2 years. Our father has passed away in May this year. We are trying to understand the documentation required for the visa application. Below are her current circumstances
1. She is 73 years old and does not have any source of income.
2. She is having near to 8K GBP in her saving account.
3. Father's Pension coming to her bank account.
5. Ancestral house is in the name of her.
5. Uk trave History- she travelled twice to the UK in 2011 for 2 months as she got a 6-month family visitor visa at that time
Documents we are trying to gather -
1. Brother UK bank account
2. Sponsorship letter from him
3. His employment letter and utility bills.
4. Bank statement from India of my mother bank account ( including pension one)
5. House valuation document from India. (not sure if that will help)

Please suggest if any other documents are required.

Does she have any other family members in india? If yes, Then show evidence.

Yes, we have a sister in India. What kind of evidence I can show for this.
Any other suggestions based on past experiences are most welcome

M\aximum she can stay is 6 months not 2 years. As her current situation is very vague in home country (Husband passed away and 2 sons living in the UK ),very very difficult to get visa specially 2 years.

Is your sister still dependent on your mother?

No, she is not dependent on my mother.

I have not filed the application yet as I am unsure if she will get the visa. I am checking with few solicitors in UK to see if it's better to make a case for dependent or family visitor visa.
I will update in the forum in case I will be making any progress on this.

Dependent relative visa is very very difficult to get. Nearly imposible. If that visa fails any future visitor visa application will be refuse automatically.

Solicitors r famous to give u false hope and skim your pockets. BE AWARE.

Thanks, I want to try for a visitor visa and arranging the documents for the same. Below are the documents which I am planning to submit with the application.

Hi All,
I am going to submit the visitor visa for my mother for 6 months.
In the application form, there is a question of how much money is spent each month. Now my mother is using money saved as cash in the home since the last 8-10 months for her expenditure and has not been withdrawing any amount from her bank account. Will that cause any issue or I need to submit any kind of proof on from where she has been supporting her expenditure.
Question - What is the total amount of money you spend each month? - 1200.00 INR
