I know a guy from this forum who applied for his PR and then applied for citizenship later on, cant remember his ID off the top of my head though.
Also when someone s GNIB card expires, sometimes the citizenship office ask them for the new GNIB card, so it is ok to apply for citizenship if you think you qualify for it. If INIS need any information, they would normally ask for it.

Yes, they will still probably wait for an update from INIS before issuing approval for citizenship, but that doesnt stop you from applying for the passport, as you now meet the conditions for it.

I submitted my Review application on 30th August 2019.
Last week my Solister Request to DOJ Temporary stamp recived today.
Most of cases they don't issue temporary stamp while your case under review and previously all Stamp are Revoked, I hope decisions comes possotive.

Hi @Dubnew
Any personal experience on this matter

I applied Citizenship November 18 and Eu3 application Refused July 19 i applied Review application and also Zambrano application base on Irish Born Child child get passport base on her mother .
I'm currently on temporary stamp.
In case If EU Review refused so my Citizenship application will get regused also and if granted Stamp base on Zambrano what will happen with my Citizenship application . Will they count my time as well for Citizenship application which I applied before revoked my stamp.
Thanks
