Can I travel while my ILR is in process

Can I travel while my ILR is in process

Hi All,

My wife is currently on PBS dependant ILR (Expiry date 2021). I have applied ILR for her.
Its been 3 months since it was applied. I went via Standard route.
Can she travel with her ILR being processed? She still has validity on her brp.

No she cannot travel. Leaving the UK will cause her application to be considered withdrawn and you will lose the fee.
