I'm in uk since 2017, I bought a car, when I purchased a motor insurance I selected Business insurance by mistake.

Is mandatory that the insurance company will contact the home office? Affecting my ILR?

Thank you very much for your reply, I'll change it I mean only if the home office can know this or not?

Do you really think every business in the UK is going to jump on the phone to HO to report you when you make a mistake?? You are overthinking this completely.
