Spouse Visa- Joint Fixed Deposit with Parent

Hello,
I just needed help and wanted to find out if we can use joint Fixed deposit with Parent as Funds/Cash savings for my wife’s spouse visa to meet 65000Gbp requirement? I have enclosed bank letter along with NOC from my Mother.

It should be in either spouse or joint spouse name.
