HMPO may or may not call you for an interview - it's at random. They wish to ensure that the person applying is the person in the application. There are some posts in the forum about this - no additional documents needed if they ask you for an interview.

approval letter is different from certificate of CITIZENSHIP?

Yes!! The approval letter is simply that, a LETTER.

Your naturalization certificate is only given to you at your citizenship ceremony.
